SANTA CLARITA—Following a week of turmoil and the announcement by the U.S. House Committee on Ethics that they were probing into alleged sexual misconduct by Rep. Katie Hill, democratic sources have confirmed to Politico that she will be resigning by the end of next week.
Earlier today, The Daily Fold was first to report and publish e-mails by a major democratic PAC, Hold the House, and donors in Silicon Valley, claiming that the November 8th fundraiser set to feature Rep. Katie Hill was cancelled with no provided explanation.
RedState.com also published the fundraiser e-mails that were first provided by The Daily Fold.
This comes after RedState.com Deputy Managing Editor Jennifer Van Laar broke multiple articles of alleged sexual misconduct by Rep. Katie Hill, both with her former campaign staffer, and an alleged affair with her current House Legislative Director.
Since publishing, Van Laar has been the subject of endless attacks toward her and her family, doxxing, and legal threats.
